$17.31 hourly

Reception & Client Interaction

• Serve as the first face and voice of 770GoodLaw — greeting visitors warmly, operating the switchboard, and routing all calls to the appropriate personnel within established response windows.

• Log all client calls in the case management system, deliver accurate messages promptly, and maintain a clean, professional reception area and conference room at all times.

Mail, Documents & Supplies

• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail daily; assist in preparing demand and complaint packages; and monitor fax and copier supplies, reporting needs to the COO.

Scheduling & Appointments

• Coordinate client consultations, manage staff calendars, confirm appointments, and track attendance, cancellations, and rescheduling across teams.

Administrative & Case Support

• Support client consultations through intake assistance, translation, police report retrieval, and document scanning; prepare engagement packages and assist with file-closing processes as needed.

Team Collaboration

• Partner closely with all firm teams and the COO to ensure accurate call, fax, and mail routing — and proactively communicate operational needs to keep daily functions running smoothly.

• Warm, professional demeanor with a consistently positive, optimistic attitude — able to represent 770GoodLaw's culture from the first impression and maintain composure in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients, staff, and external parties.
• Highly disciplined and reliable, with a track record of following established protocols, meeting deadlines, and operating consistently within structured workflows.
• Diligent work ethic with a commitment to thoroughness and quality — someone who takes ownership of their responsibilities and sees tasks through to completion without prompting.
